DNA Statistics

Missed Appointments

Here you will find a list of previous month's DNA appointments. From October 2017 we are able to give further details on our appointments, such as the DNA % rate.

Please remember to cancel an appointment if you can't make it, even if you cancel quite late we can usually hand the appointment over to someone who needs it.

Ways to cancel your appointment

You can use Patient Online - register for this at the surgery where we will activate your account and then you can manage your appointments at home, including cancelling your appointments.

Make sure we have your up to date contact details - if we have a mobile number from you then you will receive a text message reminder the day before your appointment. You can cancel your appointment from this text message.

Thank you.
