
How to register for Patient Access
Patient Access is a great online service which allows you to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your medical records and send secure messages to the practice. The services is open 24/7/365 and can be accessed from your home PC, Tablet or Mobile phone.
Register at the surgery in person
Step 1. Read this information leaflet
Step 2 Visit the practice in person to complete the application form, and then hand to reception your completed application form. Please confirm with the reception team that you've read the information leaflet.
Step 3 Show your two forms of Identification: One photo ID such as passport, drivers licence, freedom pass and one form of ID with your home address on such as a recent utility bill, bank statement.

Once you have completed the above steps, the receptionist will generate a Patient Access Pin Document which you need in order to sign up for a Patient Access account*.
*(Please note, when you go through the Patient Access registration process online, you will be asked to find your surgery. Make sure you search for 'Alchester Medical Group' - the search will bring up our surgeries (Langford and Victoria House). Please select the Langford surgery - if you select any of the others it will tell you the surgery is not currently using Patient Access. Don't worry - you'll still see all your relevent medical information and appointment information regardless)
Once you have completed the registration online you will have full access to all the online services you requested.
