WHO’S GETTING THE COVID-19 VACCINATION INVITE?

Eligibility for Autumn 2025 COVID-19 Vaccinations  

We’ve now sent invitations to all our adult patients who can be offered a jab to protect against COVID-19 in this year’s autumn/winter vaccination programme.

This year eligibility for the COVID-19 jab is slightly different and as follows:

• Adults aged 75 and over (including those turning 75 by 31 March 2026)
• People aged 6 months and over with a weakened immune system
• Residents of care homes for older adults

Some people who are eligible for a free flu jab may not be offered the COVID-19 vaccination.  The flu jab is free to everyone aged over 65 and to book yours please respond to the text that our GP surgery will have sent you and book to have it at Langford Medical Practice soon. Please book using the NHS or Patient Access apps. 

Our 9th October jabs clinic is now full but there‘s still availability on other later dates.
