VACCINATION FOR HEALTHCARE WORKERS

The Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (OCCG) has now provided its guidelines on how health and care workers access the Covid vaccine. Therefore we are no longer in a position to offer appointments - for this you must now send an email to occg.primarycareCOVID@nhs.net

Requests for vaccination from health and care staff

We are grateful to all those sites which have already vaccinated a number of health and care staff. However, we are keen to ensure that our health and care staff are offered vaccination in a prioritised order, based on staff risk assessments and risk of exposure to high viral load.

As a result we are collating prioritised lists from the key providers of front line staff and will be requesting available slots from PCN sites in the near future. We are hoping that eligible staff from all general practices and PCNs (Primary Care Networks) have been offered the vaccine by their relevant PCN.

If staff or their providers approach practices or PCNs directly, please ask them to email occg.primarycareCOVID@nhs.net  and we can ensure that they are offered an appropriate slot.

Please do not call us at the surgery as we will only be able to refer you to the OCCG email address that is now being used for healthcare worker vaccination applications.
