MEDICINE DELIVERY REQUESTS IN THE VILLAGES

A number of our dispensing patients in the villages are speaking with our new volunteer delivery drivers to request their medication should now be delivered direct to their home. If you're someone who needs this service please note that we do first require you to make the request by directly contacting the Alchester Dispensary team. This can be done simply, either by a phone call or email, and home delivery will then be maintained to you during the time of the emergency.

Either call 01869 248585 (select option 4 and you will be able to speak with a dispenser or leave a message) or email alchester.medicationadvice@nhs.net

If you email or leave a message we'll then contact you to confirm and explain the delivery arrangement.

If you're one of our dispensing patients already getting regular medicine deliveries from us to your home, for example you are shielding during the Covid-19 pandemic, then you do not need to contact us again as your deliveries will continue just as they are now.
