Meningitis outbreak and vaccination

We are aware of reports of a meningitis outbreak in Kent; however, we are not in the affected area and have not been advised of any local vaccination programme.

We are unable to offer a MenB vaccination to anyone that does not fit into the schedule as set out by NHS England (see above link for the vaccination schedule).

Therefore if you would like a MenB vaccination, you would have to visit a private provider and pay for the vaccination.

If this changes in the future you may be contacted if eligible.
