Service Performance Jan - Jun 2023

This latest post shows how we’ve worked hard to provide services for all our patients during the continuing high demand in the first half of 2023.

In addition to the numbers shown, other clinicians, who include our Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Pharmacist, Physiotherapist and Paramedic, have provided a further 7,139 appointments. These were at both face to face level and via phone.

Then there are our patient services coordinators - the people who’re first to provide you with help whenever you contact the surgery.  During the first half of 2023 they’ve also again been busy, as seen in the latest numbers published below.
