COVID-19 VACCINATION APPOINTMENTS FOR GROUPS 1 TO 4

If you’re one of our registered patients in priority groups 1 to 4 and haven’t yet been booked for your first vaccination then please PHONE IN urgently if you would like us to arrange one for you.

These groups are: 

1.      Residents in a care home for older adults and their carers

2.     All those 80 years of age and over 

3.     All those 75 years of age and over

4.     All those 70 years of age and over and clinically extremely vulnerable individuals 

Please call on 01869 248585  any weekday before 4.30pm.

If you’re one of our patients who’s booked in to attend soon for a vaccination elsewhere - such as at the Kassam in Oxford - we would be grateful if you would please email us to confirm that is the case and that you do not need us to arrange your vaccination.
