WHEN VISITING THE SURGERY OR OUR DISPENSARY YOU MUST WEAR A FACE COVERING

All our patients and visitors are now required to wear face coverings when coming into our surgery and dispensary.                

Wearing a face covering can help to keep you safe and other patients and our staff safe.

Adults MUST now wear a face covering when attending for appointments or collecting prescriptions or when delivering to us. Children aged over 10 should also wear a face covering. Face coverings should NOT be used by children under the age of 2.

You must wear a suitable mask (which can be home made), alternatively a scarf, neckerchief, or other suitable face covering over your nose and mouth.

We are unable to supply patients with masks or face coverings. 

PLEASE SUPPLY YOUR OWN FACE COVERING

We are aware that GPs are being asked to provide risk assessments or letters for patients who are worried about the new government rules and feel they should be exempt from wearing any face covering. GPs are NOT able to provide these.
